My Account
How do I create an account?
	To create an account, please click the "Login" link at the top right of the page. You will be taken to a log in screen. Please click "Continue" under the "New Customers" section, and fill out the New Customer form to get registered.
How do I edit my account information?
	At the bottom of our website, there is a section of links under "Account". Please click "My Account" to manage your account using the multiple options provided in that link.
How much is my shipping?
	Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
	Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password or the option to reset your password.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
	If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

When will my order ship?
	Turnaround time can take up to 2-3 weeks for us to produce your order. For order status, please call 412-278-3000 for assistance.
