Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  Turnaround time can take up to 2-3 weeks for us to produce your order. For order status, please call 412-278-3000 for assistance.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment notification to your email. Once you receive this shipment notification, you will be able to track the progress of your package from our location in Pennsylvania to you!
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Please call 412-278-3000 or email info@captainclothing.com for assistance. We cannot guarantee any items may be added/subtracted from your order, but we will do our best to assist you!
How do I track my order?
  Your order may be tracked once it has shipped out. Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to produce and ship your order. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email with the option to track the progress of your package from our location to yours.
My order never arrived.
  We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to make this right.

Please check your email to be sure the item hasn't already shipped and is currently on its way to your location. If you have received your shipment notification email, and if the shipment is marked as "Delivered" by the courier, please email info@captainclothing.com for further assistance.

If you have not received a shipping notification email, please check your email and voicemail to be sure there were no problems with the processing of your order. If the order has been processed, you will receive a Order Confirmation immediately following order placement. If you did not receive Order Confirmation, it is possible the order was not placed. Please feel free to call us with any questions you may have regarding this.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  We apologize for the inconvenience. Be sure to check your packing slip upon receiving your order. If an item or items has been placed on back order, it will be noted on your packing slip. We also call or email customers when this happens.

If there is no note regarding a back order, or if you were not contacted, please give us a call. We would like to make this right for you. 412-278-3000
My product is missing parts.
  We do our best to check each and every order that we process to make sure everything is perfect for you. If we have missed something during this process, please let us know so we can correct this. We will process a return of the damaged item and send out a replacement or issue store credit for the balance of the item.
When will my backorder arrive?
  Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you. If your item has been placed on back order, we will notify you via email or phone call to notify you.
